Shipping policy

Lead Time: Most items are custom manufactured and UK Assay hallmarked. Standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks. During busy periods, this may be exceeded, but you will be notified.

Delivery: All orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. The delivery address must match the billing address registered to your payment method.

Damages: In the very rare event of damage in transit, please notify us immediately with clear photographs. We will raise a claim with the carrier and replace your item if repair is not possible.
