Refund policy
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at ahimsalondon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Damage in Transit
In the very rare event of transit damage, please notify us immediately upon delivery and provide clear photographs. We will raise a claim with the carrier and replace your item if repair is not possible. All our deliveries are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.
Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-custom, non-personalised item, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt in line with UK law. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
